Reminder: Protest Huntingdon Life Sciences, Sunday 2-25-07

Sunday, 2-25-07 at 2:00 PM
Protest Huntingdon Life Sciences...
Join Win Animal Rights as we continue the campaign to stop the killing at the notorious animal testing labs at Huntingdon Life Sciences (HLS). HLS is a company whose primary business is death and suffering. 500 animals are killed there every day. They are poisoned, they are cut and burned, they have limbs broken and in the picture above, they have toxic gases pumped into their lungs. On top of that, they have to endure the cruelty of sadistic technicians who have been proven, in undercover investigations, to abuse and torture the animals in their care.

Date/Time: Sunday, February 25, 2007 at 2:00 PM
Place: 279 Central Park W. (88 St.) - New York City
Home of: Andrew Baker, Chief Puppy Killer of HLS

After the Demos: Join us for a letter writing and arts party
Time: 6:00 PM, Location: Brooklyn
Call or write for details
****Feel free to bring your own letter writing supplies and a food snack to share****

Weather Advisory: It is going to be very cold with a chance of rain or light snow in the later part of the afternoon. Please dress for the weather.....don't forget hats, gloves

Important: At 3:00 PM we will leave this location to visit the homes of key executives of primary HLS customers and officials of the New York Stock Exchange. Dress warm and wear comfortable walking shoes. Future Baker protests will occur regularly on the last Sunday of every month.

Following are some descriptive comments about dogs who were part of the inhalation experiments that took place at Huntingdon Life Sciences in 2003. All of this was to test a compound called HCFC 22 which has been banned for many years. We encourage you to read the entire report, which you can find on the SHAC website:

"Dog number 1185 trembling struggling...trembling nervous, 1181 pulling back in sling, struggling...1179 severe head tremors and whole body shaking...1187 closing of eyes, drooping of head, head supported by sling, slow deep breathing, staggering in sling, semi consciousness...1183 shaking of head, unconsciousness....1173 closing of eyes, hindlimbs splayed, unresponsiveness to stimuli."

Such is the life of an animal enslaved by Huntingdon Life Sciences. When making your plans, please consider that there are 70,000 animals trapped inside of Huntingdon Life Sciences right now. Some are violently ill while others pace their cold steel cages and dank concrete pens waiting to be poisoned or mutilated for toothpaste or some new chemical or food additive. You are their only hope. Please, please stop whatever you are doing and make plans to join us on Sunday at the home of HLS CEO Andrew Baker. If you cannot join us, you can contact Andrew Baker and/or HLS at:

NYSE Group Shareholder Jennison Associates

This week we bring you another shareholder in the New York Stock Exchange Group
to contact and inform about the NYSE's decision to list Huntingdon Life
Sciences. The NYSE shareholders have huge influence over the NYSE so please take
a few moments to send off the sample email below or write your own.

Remember no NYSE listing means big trouble for HLS and more global humiliation,
so take the time to speak out for the animals trapped inside HLS. You are also
raising the whole issue of investing in animal cruelty so these alerts are

'Dear Sirs,

As a shareholder in the NYSE we are aware of your influence over them. The NYSE
have recently decided to trade shares in Huntingdon Life Sciences (ticker symbol
lsr), the world's most notorious animal testing laboratory who have been exposed
6 times for animal cruelty and gross staff incompetence from 1989 to 2006.
Please ask the NYSE to delist them.'

Glaxo President gets house painted

anonymous communique:

"Last weekend the home of David Stout, President of GlaxoSmithKline, was left dripping with spray paint in Philadelphia. This is the third time that Stout's house has been vandalized. Stout has been touted as one of the front-runners for the CEO position at Glaxo once their current CEO retires next year. He and others at GSK can expect even more visits until Glaxo stops contracting with HLS. Oh, and for the teenagers who killed themselves after taking the GSK drug Seroxat - killed themselves because Glaxo hid the
test data showing that Seroxat caused teen suicide (this story was released
by the BBC last week) - consider this a tiny, tiny, tiny dose of payback on their behalf for you sick fucks at Glaxo."

NYSE Shareholder Goldman Sachs

The Goldman Sachs Group are a major shareholder in the New York Stock Exchange
who are trading blood money shares in Huntingdon Life Sciences.

The New York Stock Exchange are puppy killers but we do not view Goldman Sachs
as puppy killers BUT with over $600 million worth of shares in the NYSE, Goldman
Sachs have a lot of influence over the NYSE and their decision to continue
listing the killers at Huntingdon.

Please email Goldman Sachs and ask them politely to use that influence and to
exert pressure on the NYSE to kick HLS off the exchange.

As always the emails are in blocks of 20 so you can send the email in blocks
rather than individually. If you are not sure how to do this then look here:

If you are still not sure what to do after reading this guide to sending
emails, then just email us and we will explain how to do it.

Thanks and Good Luck.

Sample Letter

Dear Sir/Madam
Huntingdon Life Sciences are the most exposed laboratory in the world. Evidence
of unbelievable animal cruelty has been documented inside HLS now 6 separate
times. For the latest expose see here :

Workers inside HLS were filmed punching beagle puppies in the face, shaking
them and terrifying them. These pups were so frightened that they frequently
wet themselves in fear. In another expose HLS workers were filmed cutting open
primates from the neck to the groin whilst they were still conscious.

As a shareholder in the New York Stock Exchange you have influence over the
NYSE. I urge you to make your feelings known to the NYSE and to recommend to
them that they should kick Huntingdon Life Sciences (ticker: lsr) off the NYSE.
Yours sincerely,
